This will be Toby’s second tour with Vienna’s English Theatre and he is so excited to get back out and see more of the beautiful Austrian country. After touring last year playing Danny in A Family Affair he is this year returning to play the Little Prince in The Little Prince. Toby is from Worcester, England and has loved performing from a young age. His first role was playing the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz when he was only 11 years old. He feels incredibly lucky to now be able to travel and perform. Last year he loved meeting and being inspired by other young people and hearing about what jobs they aspire to have when they grow older. Toby is particularly looking forward to trying more of the delicious Austrian food. Last year his favourite meal was the Austrian Gröstl and can’t wait to have another! He is also excited to visit more of the stunning Austrian villages, towns and cities.
Evan is an actor who trained at East 15 Acting School, but he’s originally from Yorkshire (which is the biggest county in England!). He decided to become an actor long ago when he realised he couldn’t do anything else. He is very excited to be touring Austria as he loves to travel and has never been to Austria! He’s not so much looking forward to the cold though!
Lily is a recent graduate of The Arts Educational Schools London and has been performing since the age of 4. In her final year at ArtsEd she played the role of Maddie in the world premier of Philip Ridley’s The Beast Of Blue Yonder. Since graduating Lily has been involved in new writing, appearing in London at The Cockpit, The Bunker Theatre and The Richmond Annex. This year she has been working closely with the production company Peninsula films on an online comedy project, for which she has shot several short films. Most recently Lily toured two musicals, The Good Old Days and The Sound Of Musicals, all around the UK. With training in both stage and screen, she has enjoyed working in both these mediums since leaving drama school. Lily is very excited to be working for such a lovely and distinguished company and is looking forward to touring, and experiencing, many regions of beautiful Austria.
Femke is originally from the Netherlands and started performing at age 3. She has been heavily involved with drama and singing throughout her school years, and has always been in love with performing arts whether it’s a dance showcase, gigging around London singing or acting in plays! After finishing school Femke trained at the Oxford School of Drama and The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating in 2017. Femke is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Vienna English Theatre Company and can’t wait to starting touring and perform this wonderful adaptation of The Little Prince.
