Declan grew up in the small seaside town of Bexhill-on-Sea, on the south coast of England. After joining a weekend theatre group when he was 7 years old, he developed as taste for it and never looked back. He went on to work in TV, Theatre and Film before training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Since graduating he has worked in Theatre, TV and Radio.

Declan is also a musician, he plays the piano, guitar and bass and has also worked as a composer and pianist since leaving drama school. In his spare time he enjoys golf, tennis, climbing and music. Declan is thrilled to be performing in this production of ‘Virtual Heroes’.
