Clark James
Clark is 22 and comes from a small village in Bedfordshire, but now spends most of his time traveling so is never in one place for very long.
Having completed his training at The MTA in 2013, Clark has been very fortunate to have been given the chance to tour Italy playing Kenickie in Grease The Musical. After that he was straight into a firm Disney favourite of his, The Jungle Book as Baloo. Now, something Clark never thought he would do in his career is having to rap on stage, but sure enough UCAS The Musical at the Edinburgh Fringe saw Clark ’spitting bars‘ as Ajay the wanna be rapper.
Most recently Clark’s had a change of pace and shared the stage with world class Opera singers in Rossini’s ‚La Cenerentola‘ (Cinderella) for The Scottish Opera in the Ensemble and as Dance Captain.
When Clark isn’t on the stage, he’s back home teaching Dance and Drama at various local drama groups and loves teaching new budding theatre performers.
Spooked! Is Clarks first professional straight play and he can’t wait to get stuck it. Plus he can’t wait to see what Austria will bring. Getting to say that ‘this is my job’ is the best thing in the world and long may it continue.
